Central Florida Expressway (CFX) ITS Maintenance 2015–2024

As part of a long-term partnership with CFX, we provided full-service maintenance of the ITS network. This included daily system checks, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure continuous, reliable operation across the corridor.

CFX 417/429 ITS Integration Projects 2024–2025

Working under prime contractors, our team integrated a full suite of new ITS components along critical sections of SR 417 and SR 429. This effort included communication systems, detection technology, and field device integration to support modern traffic management.

LCS/VSL System Installation – 417/429 (X-Lanes) 2024–2025

Dynamic Roadway Services installed and integrated Lane Control Signals (LCS) and Variable Speed Limit (VSL) systems for the express (X-Lane) projects on CFX 417 and 429. These systems enhance traffic flow and improve roadway safety by enabling real-time traffic control.

Overheight Detection Systems – Marriott & Others 2020–2025

We deployed advanced overheight vehicle detection systems for clients including Marriott Hotels, Toyota Shipping USA, and Lockheed Martin. These systems prevent collisions by warning drivers of restricted clearance areas, protecting property and infrastructure.

Turnpike Subsurface Electrical Infrastructure Repairs 2024

Our team performed subsurface electrical infrastructure repairs along Florida’s Turnpike, restoring and reinforcing critical power and communication pathways essential for ITS.

Tennessee DOT – TMS Calibration Project 2023

We assisted the Tennessee Department of Transportation by calibrating and verifying their Traffic Management System (TMS) equipment. Our work ensured accurate data collection and system performance.

Wrong Way Driving Detection Systems – CFX & FL Turnpike 2017–2025

Dynamic Roadway Services installed and integrated numerous Wrong Way Driving (WWD) detection systems across the CFX and Florida Turnpike networks. These life-saving systems alert drivers and notify authorities in real time, helping to reduce wrong-way incidents.

Beachline Express Lanes – 528 Project (Turnpike) 2019

We supported the ITS installation and integration for the express lane widening project along SR 528 (Beachline). This project included new detection systems, dynamic messaging, and network enhancements to support lane management and toll operations.

New Port Richey Inductive Loop Installation 2017

Completed a large-scale traffic loop installation contract, delivering over 250 inductive loops for New Port Richey. The project achieved a 100% pass rate on final testing, a testament to our precision and quality control.

SunTrax Facility 2025

Facilitated installations of equipment from manufacturers for APL testing at Florida’s SunTrax facility, contributing to one of the state’s most advanced testbeds for emerging transportation technologies.

Lake Underhill Bridge & Deck Lighting – CFX 2020

Provided installation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of deck lighting on the Lake Underhill overpass.
